We are delighted to announce that we are a finalist for the Lord Mayor’s Dragon Awards in the Community Partners Category for the Strategic Review Programme we run in collaboration with Barclays.
We have worked in partnership with Barclays for over 10 years, delivering and developing skilled-volunteering programmes. These programmes offer Barclays' employees development opportunities whilst supporting charities to overcome their strategic issues. We collaborated together to create the Strategic Review Programme in 2015 to enhance the way we create change for charities, and over the last three years over 180 Barclays volunteers have supported 37 charities to become more sustainable.
Harnessing business skills in this strategic way not only helps charities go further and become more sustainable but also gives the business volunteers (our Pilotlighters) a way to give back in a more impactful way. It is very rewarding for our partnership with Barclays to be recognised by the Lord Mayor's Dragon Awards, and this will help us further showcase how we help charities help more people more effectively.

Head of Partnerships, Pilotlight
The winners will be announced on City Giving Day on 25th September.
