Alison became Chair of Trustees at Pilotlight in January 2025. She brings over 25 years of experience in leadership roles at Diageo, Amazon and Immediate Media, with specific expertise in developing customer-led innovation and growth strategies.
Alison is also Chair of Kudos Innovations and is a trustee at Blue Cross and a non-executive Director at Learning with Experts.
