Since establishing, Pilotlight has worked with over 180 of the UK’s top businesses to advance their Corporate Social Responsibility objectives and Learning and Development targets. Ipsos MORI is one of those partners. Ipsos MORI is a market research company focused on providing accurate, relevant and actionable information to clients in order to offer a true understanding of society, markets and people.
Six senior leaders from the firm took part in Pilotlight 360, joining small teams of Pilotlighters drawn from a range of backgrounds to coach and mentor the leader of a charity or social enterprise.
Through exploring how they can contribute value to charitable organisations, business participants or ‘Pilotlighters’ as we affectionately call them, on our programmes leverage their talents, skills, and experience while developing key skills to support the next stage in your career. Pilotlighters report better understanding of other perspectives, greater awareness of different leadership styles, and improvements in coaching skills, professional networks and personal wellbeing.
