Fresh Futures is a regional charity that supports vulnerable and disadvantaged young people, and their families within Kirklees and surrounding areas. The charity’s vision is for all young people to have the opportunities they need for a better life, now and in the future. It aims to “Improve Lives and Inspire Change” by driving forward the equality of opportunity and social justice, empowering individuals to make positive life choices and be the best they can be. Fresh Futures provides early interventions and longer-term support for children and their families when they face s social, emotional and mental health challenges. Fresh Futures is an expert in dealing with the difficult everyday issues people face, and through the work it does, makes a positive and lasting difference for the people it supports.
