Opening Doors of Opportunity, The Hinge Centre provides a number of inter-generational support services to bring residents & young people together & promotes a greater sense of community spirit & engagement, as well as breaking down the barriers of discrimination & the cycle of poverty. Its services are divided into three main categories of support:
- Community
- Children & young people
- Resettlement
It has an open-door policy with immediate support for anyone who presents themselves at any time, with any issue. It works in a professional yet non-judgmental manner to provide long term support, guidance & opportunities to those facing extreme social & financial deprivation, often at a time of crisis. It supports the most vulnerable to achieve their full potential.
