Spectra provide sexual health and well-being services, as well as HIV prevention work across London. It runs many outreach sessions each week, and is a peer led service and supported by volunteers. It provides health checks, HIV testing sessions, condoms and lubricant free to those who access its services in London. It also runs groups (trans group, stop smoking), and works on a behaviour change level with individuals using motivational interviewing.
