Emily joined Pilotlight in January 2022 as Operations Executive. Prior to Pilotlight, Emily has had a diverse background leading operational development within the commercial, consultancy and non-profit sectors. She has direct experience supporting programmes engaged in youth and or/women’s empowerment both in the UK as well as Tanzania. She holds a Masters in Development Administration and Planning.
