Finia is an Assistant Professor at HEC Paris. Her research area is performance measurement in the charity sector, with a specific interest in social care organisations and social impact. She was awarded her PhD for a thesis titled 'Accounting for Vulnerability' at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Finia is also a trustee of SAPERE, a philosophy and education charity.
