We are delighted to announce that we are expanding our partnership with BlackRock for a fourth year.
We are delighted to announce that we are expanding our partnership with BlackRock for a fourth year.
Our latest initiative, Conversation for Change, distils the essence of our strategic development programmes into a single, 90-minute virtual meeting with up to eight senior business leaders.
13 senior leaders from the company will participate in the yearlong Pilotlight 360, sharing their business expertise to support a range of causes through the challenges they face, whilst developing their own leadership skills.
"I enjoyed working with colleagues from other divisions, making networks, learning more about the charity sector and how charities function and having direct communication with people who work closely in the sector. Also, I could make a real difference and give input to the charity."
We need the best of business right now. This year has been a challenging one for everyone.
"The support from Pilotlight, along with the durability of our team and their willingness to adapt, has made all the difference to being able to manage COVID-19. We’ve continued to provide services effectively to our beneficiaries throughout."
"The support from the Pilotlighters has given Active Fusion a clearer direction and has helped the charity secure funding from Doncaster Local Authority, Sport England, Awards for All and Children in Need."
We are excited to announce that during September and October 19 charities were selected to join our programmes.
We all have the ability to behave with values, just as we are all (or nearly all) born with the ability to sing.
"Taking part in the Pilotlight 360 was extremely useful and we were very fortunate to have Pilotlighters supporting us who were committed to helping us develop as an organisation."
COVID19 was a game-changer for our organisation. Like so many, at first, we were hit by major concerns about unknown impacts including our revenue or funding, staff and volunteer workforce health and our ability to continue to operate when so much was changing, so fast.
