Mila (Radmila) joined Pilotlight in 2022. Mila's career has focused on supporting the charity sector, especially with impact measurement. She has worked with a wide variety of organisations across the UK as a consultant and trainer within NCVO's Charities Evaluation Services. Prior to this she worked in the youth sector as an evaluator. Mila is passionate about the effective use of data in making informed strategic decisions.
Outside of work, Mila enjoys baking, playing complicated board games, and supports a number of charity initiatives working with discrimination, chronic illness, and youth advocacy.
