Following the recent announcements from the UK and devolved governments regarding lifting restrictions, we wanted to update our Pilotlight 360 Pilotlighters and Charity Partners.
Thank you for your ongoing commitment to working with us. Since moving all our programmes to virtual delivery in March last year, we’ve been delighted to support 135 charities!
Over this time, we have learnt a huge amount, seeing us adapt and adjust our ways of working. Your feedback and suggestions have helped us envisage a “new normal” way of delivering the Pilotlight 360. Once governments lift all restrictions, for example now anticipated in England on 19th July, we will begin to offer a blend of in-person and virtual meetings as our new permanent way of delivering the programme.
We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe as we emerge from restrictions. Please discuss your preferences with your Project Manager. Until restrictions are lifted all project meetings will continue to be virtual.
From 2022 we also plan to retain a fully virtual offering for our charities and Pilotlighters. We look forward to sharing more with you as our plans develop further.
