She specialises in coaching leaders, leadership teams and future leaders, empowering them to drive positive change for themselves, their business, their colleagues, and society.
She predominantly works with leaders and leadership teams of socially purposeful businesses and charities as well as bringing her coaching skills to work pro-bono with charities such as Alzheimer’s & Dementia Support Services and Social Business Trust.
Nicola’s extensive experience as Global Talent Director and previously in leadership development roles at EY, one of the ‘big 4’ professional services firms gives her passion for social purpose and leadership development a unique commercial perspective.
