This is an informative session for charity leaders interested in the Pilotlight Impact Day.
During this 45-minute session, you will:
- gain an overview of the Pilotlight Impact Day programme
- gain a deeper understanding on the programme of support from Pilotlight
- learn about the application process and criteria for application
- set expectations for the programme: what we expect from you and what you can hope to achieve through this process
There will be ample opportunity to ask questions about all aspects of the programme and the process during the session.
Brief overview of the Pilotlight Impact Day programme:
An intense, rewarding programme designed to help charities address operational challenges in an innovative and practical way. Multiple teams of Pilotlighters apply their knowledge and experience to come up with ideas.
On the day, a key decision-maker at the charity brings specific operational challenges to the table. Teams of Pilotlighters meet with each charity, accompanied by a Pilotlight Project Manager, and investigate the issue. The Pilotlighters then get to work on tackling them.
