Sarah joined Pilotlight as an Associate Project Manager in September 2021. Her whole career has involved supporting individuals and teams to develop their skills, get to know themselves and to fulfil their ambitions. She has worked with a range of charities and social enterprises, facilitating learning and insight. Most recently she spent five years as Professional Development and Knowledge Lead at Macmillan Cancer Support, leaving to focus on her passions for empowerment and small group facilitation and coaching. She spent two years as a VSO in Uganda working with leaders of a grass roots disability organisation. She is a qualified coach, mentor, action learning facilitator and learning and development professional.
