Lincolnshire Action Trust works with people directly and indirectly impacted by the justice system in Lincolnshire and surrounding counties. Established in 2000 to deliver employability support to people on probation, we have grown rapidly in recent years and now deliver holistic interventions to address individual’s housing, employment, substance use, wellbeing, and family needs, supporting over 20,000 people a year from arrest to release from prison. We support families at six local prisons to maintain ties, introduced UK’s first prison Departure Lounge, deliver emotional and practical interventions for adults and children affected by the substance use of a family member and have recently become a local system leader for women and girls at risk of contact with the justice system.
