The support Wirral Mencap provides is designed to improve the quality of life of people with a learning disability and their families. Providing services since the 1960s, it only started to employ paid staff and deliver professional services in 2012. Since then the organisation has grown and developed and is now a stable organisation with a bright future and ambitions to do more and to do it better.
